I'm Graham Coleman, I'm a qualified professional wedding & portrait photographer based in Fishponds in Bristol, UK. I studied photography at Filton College and City of Bristol College, I have since gained Licentiateship to The Royal Photographic Society and The British Institute of Professional Photography. I am also a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and hold licentiateship to the British professional photographers association. I previously held a career as a quality technician in the printing industry.

I have been lucky enough to enjoy more than 12 years of shooting weddings and have been doing it professionally for about eight. I have covered weddings in many of the venues around the South West of England as well as locations as far a-field as the Caribbean! I call my style of wedding photography 'Classic Weddings' ( a mix of formal and informal looking poses, with a bit of 'reportage' thrown in!!) But mostly, my personal style is based upon my belief that great facial expressions are the key factor to creating great wedding pictures, be it the most down to earth wedding in the most ordinary settings or the most beautiful people, in beautiful settings. Its capturing facial expressions that cuts it for me.

| flexibilty |
Of couse I always like to meet beforehand to discuss your wedding day and requirements, (and I often tie this into my recconaissance of the venue) and I meticulously plan the wedding shoot etc, but on the day I believe that flexibility is key: flexibility to adjust to changing weather conditions, to unexpected behaviour of guests, to changes of schedule or requests for pictures of different/ new groups, whatever, its important to keep the overall objective in mind ( ie:creating a fantastic set of images to tell the story of your day) but remain flexible enough to adjust quickly to 'events'.

I loosely categorise my coverage between full day and half day, but this more in recognition of the difference in the ammount of work involved in editing down the pictures taken from a large all day wedding compared with that of a smaller afternoon event. My coverage on the day generally depends on what's going on, I dont really stick to a set number of hours and I only take one wedding booking per day so that I can give my full attention to your wedding.
